- Activités biologiques liée a la greffe rénale
- Activité en cytométrie (immuno hémato)
- Activité en autoimmunité
DIPLÔMES SOUHAITÉS
BTS ou DUT biologie option analyses biologiques / biochimie
DESCRIPTION DU SERVICE
Le service est constitué de trois secteurs :
- Hémato – hémostase – immuno – HLA
- Bactériologie – virologie sérologie – biologie moléculaire
- Anatomopathologie
Expériences requises
– Techniques liées à la greffe rénale ( typage HLA par NGS, Omixon ou SSP 5 linkage, Ac anti HLA : dépistage et identification LUMINEX, Cross match, lymphocytotoxicité et cytométrie en flux)
– Techniques d’autoimmunité ( IFI et ELISA )
– Techniques de cytométrie en flux ( diagnostique et suivi hémopathies et suivi immuno de patient immunodéprimés
